Our Customer Services team are based in the Maidstone Link. The Maidstone Link sees Customer Services working under the same roof as the Maidstone Job Centre Plus.
At the Maidstone Link we provide 4 computers for you to use to access our website, as well as 4 self-serve tablets for you to use to upload pictures of your documents for Housing, Benefits and Council Tax. This means that there are no longer large queues for you to wait to have your documents scanned.
Alternatively you can upload your documents from home using the same process that is in the Maidstone Link. You’ll just need a camera on the device being used at home or a scanner.
Look out for our staff walking around the floor. They are there to answer your questions or point you in the right direction if needs be. They can show you how to connect to our Free WiFi on your mobile phone and how to use our website. If you think that you may need extra support in something that will take up a lot of time, please call us to let us know. This means that we can be prepared with extra staff for you when you come in.
Please email us to book an appointment to see one of our Licensing Officers in the Link which is open from 10am to 1:30pm on Monday and Wednesday. They’ll also be able to answer any queries you have about your application.
Hi Kent hold a clinic in the Maidstone Link every Tuesday morning from 10am to 12pm.
We have two unisex public toilets available for use, which also have a baby changing station inside. In addition we have a disabled access toilet too, suitable for wheelchair users.
You are able to purchase a radar key from a staff member in the Maidstone Link. You will need to bring with you proof of your disability (like your PIP or DLA letter) in order for us to sell you a key. They cost £3.50 and will need to be paid with cash.
If you cannot find what you are looking for in our search facility, you can use our A-Z index to find the service you require.
