Support for vulnerable people

Request support

Maidstone Borough Council has created a Community Support Hub to provide a coordinated response to help provide and deliver essentials to people across the borough who are most in need.

If you or someone you know needs support as a result of coronavirus, for example someone living alone and self isolating without help from friends or family you can request support.

You can register yourself or for someone else. Community support includes:

  • Help with food
  • Help collecting shopping
  • Help collecting medicine
  • Support with loneliness

We aim to assess and support your needs as soon as possible and will deal with urgent requests first.

The service is open Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm.

Personal details will be safely shared with our community partners, which includes registered volunteers.

Those who need support can call Freephone 0300 303 1650 or can register for help below
